At RIP-IT Sports, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure every athlete is satisfied with their purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your label; ensure all original tags and protective seals are intact.

• 4.
  Final Processing

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5-7 business days of arrival and issue your refund or ship out your new exchange gear immediately.
