How do I determine the correct size for my softball or baseball equipment?
We provide detailed size guides on each product page. For helmets and fielding masks, we recommend measuring the circumference of the head just above the ears to ensure a snug, protective fit.
What is the RIP-IT 'Love It or Return It' policy?
We stand by our gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, even if you have used it on the field.
How long does shipping take for team orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For customized team uniforms or bulk equipment orders, please allow 7-14 business days for processing and delivery.
Does RIP-IT equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our high-performance gear, including bats and fielding masks, comes with a 400-day warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure you stay in the game.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international athletes in the near future.
How should I clean and maintain my RIP-IT fielding mask?
We recommend wiping the frame and padding with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use. Avoid harsh chemicals that could degrade the protective coating or foam.
